第一句，正确。
In my opinion,a real friend should be a listener then you can tell everything to and never be laughed by him.
第二句,改成：

或者改成：
In my opinion, a real friend should be a listener then you can tell everything to him and never be laughed by.
What 's more,he can help you to choose the right way but not the way
looks good.
改成：What 's more,he can help you to choose the right way but not the way that looks good.
Last but not least,maybe sometimes he can't help himself when he is in trouble,but if i am in trouble,he will try his best to help me.
这句话我看着并没有错误，不过要看你们老师怎么理解了，当然要把i,改成I.

这句话，意思烦冗，应该改成：Tony is one of the real friends in my life.

What 's more,he can help you to choose the right way though it(这里but不太妥，the way重复改为it) doesn't look good. Last but not least,maybe sometimes he can't help himself when he is in trouble.（，改为.）But if I (I要大写） am in trouble,he will try his best to help me.
