Please accept my deepest apology for the delay to your goods.
I really tried hard but still could not get it done in time as the supplier is lagging and,as you might know,we have public holiday through 1st to 7th May.plus 10 days of booking process.the delivery is postponed by so many days.
I feel very sorry but please understand our situation.
