I have been to a few blind dates recently, and I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, it's a good opportunity to meet new people and potentially find a partner. On the other hand, it can be quite awkward and uncomfortable at times.

For example, I went on a blind date with a guy who was very nervous and kept fidgeting throughout the entire date. He also didn't seem to have much to say and I found myself carrying the conversation most of the time. It was quite exhausting.

Another time, I went on a blind date with a girl who was very outgoing and talkative. However, she talked about herself the entire time and didn't seem to be interested in getting to know me. It felt like I was just a sounding board for her.

Despite these experiences, I still think blind dates can be worth it. You never know who you might meet and sometimes it just takes a few tries to find the right person.
