激发学生遇到问题通过写信，QQ，打电话等方式向别人寻求帮助并学会换位思考问题，解决问题。感受在互联网如此发达的今天感受传统写信的特殊意义。教育学生意识到遵守各种规则的重要性。因为无规矩不成方圆。 学情分析

我所授课的对象是初一年级学生，他们刚开始学习英语，对英语很感兴趣，学习热情非常高涨，只是他们都是农村孩子，以前没有接触过英语，在学习过程中有些担忧，不自信。因此我在教学活动中尽量让他们参与，有更多的机会张口说英语，那怕是只说一个单词一个短语，并及时给出肯定性评价和鼓励。通过设置开放性问题让学生合作，探讨，来降低学习难度并促使他们思考，让他们体验学习中成功的喜悦，消除他们的恐惧感。提高他们的综合运用能力。 重难点

根据教材的内容，我把本节课的词汇，阅读技巧，祈使句的使用和写作能力确定为本节课的重难点。 教学过程

Step 1 情景导入

1.Revision(What’s the topic? Rules.)&Let’s enjoy a chant ( Rules Rules Rules).What are the rules in the chant ? How do you know ? 2.There are too many rules in our daily life . What other rules do you know? 不同地方不同的规则，说明Rules are everywhere ? 规则的重

环节说明：通过节奏诗来引出新课，让学生在放松后，通过ask question 来告诉学生找关键词来快速获取信息的阅读方法为后面的阅读任务做铺垫。 Step 2合作探究 1.Game

借助中国诗词大会里飞花令的比赛方式，出示一个关键词（don’t）让学生在感受游戏规则的同时给出一些校规，目的是让学生熟记自己的校规。

2 .Rule collection

在上一个环节的基础上让学生带着提前做好的卡片以小组的形式来分享不同的规则并收集自己喜欢的规则，老师用手机把一些不同寻常的创新的规则录下来播放给全班同学看，并借机制定English class rules四条：1.Preview in advance. 2.Listen to the teacher carefully in class. 3. Raise your hand in class.解析肯定祈使句可以用情态动词must/have to 转换。4.Don’t speak too much Chinese in English class.解析否定祈使句可以用情态动词can’t转换。之后借用奥巴马总统在芝加哥格兰特公园举行的盛大集会上的演讲里引起轰动的句子Yes, we can .来呼吁孩子们遵守规则。

环节说明：通过这一环节的学习不仅巩固了本单元的语法，而且还锻炼了学生的动手能力（要求学生在课前制作卡片并用毛笔字书写一条规则），概括能力和语言运用能力。

Step 3 Reading (2a) Task 1 .Picture reading

让学生看图和关键词来填空复述信件大意 Task 2. Fast reading

Go through the letter and underline the rules for Molly. Encourage students to finish this task as fast as they can . Afterwards , ask the fastest students to read the sentences.

Task 3. Read carefully and answer the questions. 1)Are there many rules at Molly's home? 2)How does Molly go to school? 3)CanMolly play basketball or watch TV? 4)When does she have to go to bed?

This help students to practice their reading skills and to understand the letter better.

Task 4 Class activity.

设置两个melon一个写上must/have to 另一个写上can/can’t让学生把Molly必须做的（肯定祈使句）和不能做的（否定祈使句）分类，然后以陈述句来呈现。Ask students to put Molly’s rules into the right melons. Some of the rules that Molly must/have to do , some of the rules Molly can/can’t do . If you’re right ,then you can put them into the melons, or you can’t put them into the melons. After that ask students to make sentences to retell Molly’s rules.

环节说明：通过情景导入即完成了2a的学习又引出了Molly的烦恼，引起学生的好奇心，激发了他们的学习欲望。 Step 4总结反思

1. Molly has too many rules , she is unhappy. What can she do to be happy? Can you give some suggestions? Then show the traditional way “ write a letter”, this is also a kind of talking to . 2. When you’re unhappy who you will talk to ?

Maybe, parents, sister or brother, friends , teachers. These are the important persons in our life.

3. Please write a letter to the persons we’ve mentioned just now ,. Try to tell your unhappy thing.(Play a music along. Music can help students to get ideas. )

4. Everyone must have something unhappy, let’s see what DR.Know tell us? Ask students to listen to the tape and find out DR.Know’s suggestions.

1) Think about the things you can do .(Famous saying “Every coin has its two sides”. When you’re unhappy , don’t keep thinking the unhappy thing , try to think about something good.) 2) Rules can help us (especially good rules) .

环节说明：Molly有很多家规和校规，她不开心，你能给出一些建议让她开心起来吗？激发学生的思考能力，挖掘学生的智慧，达到学以致用，助人为乐的目的。

Step 5 Free talk. 拓展升华

1.Do you think rules can help us ? If yes , how can rules help us ? Encourage students to talk freely and confidently.

2. Teacher provide some ideas and ask students to fill in the blanks. Rules plays an important part in our daily life , let’s follow the rules .Because nothing can be accomplished without rules.

环节说明：通过这种开放性问题，让学生在一种不被正确答案束缚住的情境里积极思考，鼓励学生大胆张口表达自己的见解。培养学生的学习自信体验成功的喜悦。最后以拖动填空的方式来完成一个小短文，总结规则可以帮助同学们取得好成绩，成为好学生，养成好习惯，更重要的是让我们健康的生活，所以我们要遵守规则，因为“无规矩不成方圆”。 Step6创新实践 Homework
