摘要：A device for controlling an operating characteristic of an internal combustionengine is suggested with a speed limitation being effective according to a predeterminedtime function by influencing the fuel metering during the transition from the idling stateto the driving mode. This speed limitation is activated especially in the event of a fault ofthe actuating device, of its activation and of the feedback and in the event of a speedresponse critical to safety in the idling state.
