摘要： A sliding door assembly wherein the support edges (70, 72) of the two doors(66, 68) have a substantially planar shape (instead of having steps or grooves), the anglebetween the plane and the plane of doors being less than 90 ° when the latter are insupport closed. This construction gives the doors a clean and neat appearance whenclosed and front views. The sliding of the pair of doors (10A, 10B) can be guided by rails(22, 24) so that a first door is guided by the first and second sliders (14, 12). The firstcursor (14) rolls in a first rail (24). The second cursor (12) rolls in a second rail (22) and therails are parallel or co-linear over a portion of their length and divide to deviate in thefinal positioning region of the relative door. The first slider along the first rail and thesecond slider along the second rail displaces the door, slide towards its closed position,to a position where it bears against a second door and coplanar therewith.
