摘要：it is a procedure for the direct production of fetts\äurenitrilen and glycerinfrom glyceriden, especially from natural fats and oils, are described, in which theglycerides in liquid phase with a ammoniakstrom of at least 200 i \\/ kg glycerid and hourat temperatures from 220 to industry c in the presence of lead, zinc, cadmium, tin,titanium, zirconium, chromium, antimony, manganese -,iron -, nickel - or kobaltsalzen ofcarboxylic acids or sulfons\äuren as catalysts are dealt with and the resultingproduktgemisch is subjected to a phase with a fetts\äurenitrilphase and a glycerin \\/water phase training.the fetts\äurenitrilphase it is useful treatment in the presenceof ammonia and the catalyst subjected to intermediate formed fatty acid and
fetts\äureamid full nitrile transformation. the rohglycerin can be cleaned by knownmethods.fetts\äurenitrile are known intermediates for the production of primaryamines and quaternary ammonium compounds which, in turn, especially as a textile andflotationshilfsmittel are used. glycerol is mainly in the cosmetics, food industry,sprengstoffherstellung, as solvents, and for many other purposes.
