摘要：Device comprises at least one heatable first container exhibiting an agitator anda first outlet opening having a first exhaust valve, which is connected with a secondcontainer, whose second outlet pipe is closable by a second exhaust valve, where the firstand the second container are closed in a pressure-tight manner. The first container isconnected with the second container through a vapor pipe, which is closable by a vaporvalve in a pressure-tight manner. An independent claim is also included for producing aconfectionery mass, comprising (a) dosing hydrated solid ingredients in the first
container, which can be heated and comprising the agitator and the first exhaust valve inthe second container connected with the first exhaust valve, (b) heating the first containerto a target temperature, where the target temperature is a temperature above theboiling point of the first mass at ambient pressure, (c) introducing vapors from thesecond container into the first container by opening of the vapor valve to the vapor pipe,which connects the second container with the first container, (d) dosing the solid water-soluble ingredients into the first container, (e) heating under pressure-tight sealing ofthe first container until the complete dissolution of the solid water-soluble ingredients
to generate a first mass, (f) opening the first exhaust valve for conducting the first masscontained in the first container into the second container, (g) closing the first exhaustvalve for the pressure-tight closure of the second container, and (h) relaxing the pressurefrom the first container by the opening the exhaust valve, which is attached to the firstcontainer.
